We knew that the chuhai Strong Zero was a very popular drink in Japan, but who would have thought that Suntory would sell such an astronomical amount? In fact, the Guinness Book of Records has just confirmed the record for "the largest number of ready-to-drink spirits". This prize was awarded to Strong Zero Double Lemon and Strong Zero Dry, which together sold no less than 243,000,000 litres in 2018! That is an incredible 85 million cans. Together, this would make a can tower more than 10,000 km high, about as high as the distance between Switzerland and Japan... Congratulations to Suntory, who is constantly striving to offer new products with flavours and aromas as diverse as grapes, bitter orange or even a milky Strong Zero!
