1. SALE
Products sold on www.strongzero.ch contain alcohol and cannot be ordered by persons under 18 years of age. By ordering on this website, you certify that you are over 18 years of age. We assume no responsibility in case of misuse of our products. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
2. DELIVERY
Products ship from Japan. After your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel. Orders usually arrive within 30-60 days after shipping out. Shipping is free. This delivery window is indicative only, and delivery times can be shorter or longer depending on individual circumstances.
3. RETURNS
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund products whose packaging has been opened or tampered with. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. Refunds will only be made after we have received the complete products in return, within 15 days.
In case of cancellation before shipment has been made, a fee of 5% of the total order cost will be deducted to cover our credit card processing expenses. On top of that deduction, 15 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover packaging and merchandise warehousing costs.
4. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We work with Stripe.com, a highly respected card merchant so you don't run into any type of issue during your order.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
We do not rent, sell or lend your personal data under any circumstances. In order to make your experience on this site more pleasant, we store cookies that are automatically deleted after a maximum of 180 days.
6. DATA SECURITY
We do not have access to your bank details. Only Wix.com, the platform used to offer this site, can process your data in order to record your online payment.
7. PURCHASE FROM ABROAD
Foreign buyers are responsible for paying taxes and customs duties when ordering our products. In addition, they are solely responsible for compliance with their country's laws regarding the importation of alcoholic beverages. We will not provide refunds or assistance if your order has been blocked by your country's customs authorities for tax or legal reasons.
